Now, don't get too excited. I didn't pick up too many things this time around. I've been stopping in at Cinder for one thing at a time the last few weeks that I didn't see the point in making a post. But I've got a few things this time that I needed and thought I'd share. Here's what I got:
You know the deal, Cinder has been my go to for the last few months. They have some of the best bud selections and best prices I've seen so far. Since embarking on my THC tolerance break back in October, I've been more inclined to pick up more CBD products to balance my THC intake. I find that they work better together. That was the goal of this dispensary run.
Being a stoner is amazing, we can all agree. However, turning a blind eye to the negatives is not conductive to your productivity. It's important to have self awareness. For me, if I've spent the previous night smoking a lot, especially after smoking all day, I'm more likely to wake up late and feel sluggish. Sometimes I don't wake up on time or never get anything done. It's called the "Weed Hangover." Most of you are familiar with this.
One thing I have found to help with the weed hangover is establishing a routine. CBD is an amazing tool for eliminating most symptoms of the weed hangover, however, many people in illegal states do not have access to or funds for CBD products.
Monday, November 5th marked three weeks since I embarked on my THC tolerance break. I started smoking regularly in my second semester of Freshman year in college, then daily in my sophomore year. From then on I've been aboard the THC express train with no foreseeable stops. We all know the incredible benefits of the combination of THC and CBD, but too much of anything good can have negative effects if you don't have proper self-awareness. By the summer after graduation, I knew I needed a break.
