Monday, November 5th marked three weeks since I embarked on my THC tolerance break. I started smoking regularly in my second semester of Freshman year in college, then daily in my sophomore year. From then on I've been aboard the THC express train with no foreseeable stops. We all know the incredible benefits of the combination of THC and CBD, but too much of anything good can have negative effects if you don't have proper self-awareness. By the summer after graduation, I knew I needed a break.
It started with abstaining from tobacco products to consume cannabis. I said goodbye to blunts, backwoods, and chopped bong rips. I suffer greatly from migraines and the tobacco products served to make them worse. I was foggy headed from consuming all day, everyday. I lost motivation to do important things, and procrastinated often. Then in October, after my move to Washington, I applied to jobs that did not accept a positive drug test for THC. It seemed like the perfect time for me to cease use of THC for at least two weeks.

I kept in mind however, that cannabis is my medication. But without it, what was I going to do? Would the depression and anxiety episodes come back? Will my migraines and shoulder pains return with a vengeance? I made the choice to incorporate CBD and Hemp more heavily in my daily routine.
In my last weed haul, I mentioned picking up a half ounce of Harle-Tsu from my local dispensary, Cinder. It provided a steady peace of mind throughout the day, even more so when I started incorporating a daily yoga practice.
To supplement, I bought four packs of 8 hemp pre-rolls from www.plainjane.io.
